Steeped in centuries of history and tradition, Yoga offers a multitude
of benefits for people of all ages. In its simplest state, Yoga is an
excellent system for cleansing the physical body of stresses and tension.
In its most refined state, Yoga is a graceful lifestyle that enhances
every aspect of our life.
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching full time in Sonoma Valley
for five years. Sharing yoga with others is the greatest joy of my life. I feel
profoundly grateful to get to share the teachings that have transformed my life
into a daily celebration. I have been honored to receive teaching certificates in
the Walt Baptiste Method of Raja Yoga from Dr. Mehrad Nazari and Michele Hebert,
Sherri Baptiste's Power of Yoga Teacher Training Program, and the Himalayan Yoga Tradition Teacher Training Program. In addition, I have been initiated into the
Himalayan Yoga Tradition by Swami Veda Bharati of Rishikesh, India.
